SAGE & GARLIC SEASONING

This seasoning is essential for homemade burgers or for any barbecued joints of meat. It is fantastic rubbed on lamb chops, chicken and even sprinkled onto roasted vegetables.
Using our English Perennial sage, a little garlic and coarse sea salt, this seasoning is an essential for any kitchen.

SAGE & GINGER SEASONING

Combining our traditional English Perennial Sage with ginger is the perfect match for a fantastic cooking ingredient. Try rubbed into a joint of pork, sprinkled into sauces and soups or even shake into stir fried chicken, lamb or vegetables.

ENGLISH HERB SEASONING

This seasoning is a combination of tarragon, lovage and parsley. It adds wonderful flavour to a traditional white sauce. Also sprinkle into mixed vegetable soup or as an ingredient in rabbit stew.
