This mayonnaise uses free range egg and locally produced rapeseed oil. A classic combination of dill and lemon zest is the perfect partner for steamed fish, especially salmon. Or dollop onto homemade fishcakes.

ENGLISH HERB MAYONNAISE
A blend of English perennial sage, parsley and mint, selected by the Casson family. Uses free range eggs and locally produced rapeseed oil. A fantastic mayonnaise that can be used like any other. It is especially good with any picnic of cold meats, fish and salads.
