Casson's The English Herb Company is a family business based at Frith Farm, in Hampshire. The family have been growing herbs for the production of dried herbs and essential oils, for the flavour and fragrance industry since 1956 in the UK.
The very early days of harvesting and distilling Roman Chamomile and The Original English Black Mitchem Peppermint.
Over the years many other herbs have been added to the Chamomile and Peppermint, for the production of essential oils and dried herbs. Coriander, Parsley, Lovage, Sage, Fenugreek and Tarragon are now grown for both.
