Herbs & Spices from Casson's

The Casson family have been growing and sourcing herbs and spices for the flavour and fragrance industries for three generations at Frith Farm, in Hampshire.

Casson’s English Herbs started in 2005 at the local farmers' markets, taking fresh herbs from the farm. The interest for year round availability inspired the creation of our Coriander & Lime Dressing, swiftly followed by our award winning Apple & Sage Jelly.

In 2007 the new range of jellies, sauces and dressings were launched at the Alresford Watercress Festival, where the Watercress Sauce won ‘Best Overall Watercress Product’ and went on to win Gold at The Guild of Fine Foods Great Taste Awards, all in its first three months.
